In the 150 years since our organization began, we’ve carried more than 25 different names—each reflecting the changing church, society, and the lived experiences of women. We've been known as “Ladies’” and “Women’s” societies, associations, guilds, and circles. Now, we embrace a new name once again—United Women in Faith—to better reflect how we live out our calling to faith and action today.

With our new name comes a renewed commitment and a host of new, innovative programs focused on spiritual growth, soul care, leadership development, service, and advocacy. As women of passion and purpose, we recommit to inclusivity, action, and impact—united by God’s love and grounded in our mission to support women, children, and youth.
