Amy Lippoldt

Senior Pastor

Rev. Amy Lippoldt, an ordained elder and Wichita native, has served churches across the Great Plains Conference since 2002. She was appointed to First Church in the summer of 2023 and loves being home. She finds the unique ministry of a downtown church exciting and is glad to be connected to so much of what is happening in Wichita.

Amy is a graduate of Southern Methodist University and Candler School of Theology at Emory University. She is married to Dr. Matt Sandbulte, a medical scientific writer with a background in immunology research. She enjoys cycling, running, hiking, reading and cheering for her favorite teams, the Royals, Chiefs, and KU Jayhawks!

Jeff Graber

Associate Pastor

A native of Hutchinson, Kansas, Jeff Graber has served in pastoral ministry since 2017, following a nine-year career in information technology. He previously served at Marquette United Methodist Church and Halstead United Methodist Church.

Jeff is married to Chelsea, and together they have two daughters—Maz, 14, and Evelynn, 9. As a family, they enjoy board games, ice cream, camping, and kayaking.

Jeff graduated with a Master of Divinity from Saint Paul School of Theology in May 2025. He is passionate about ministering in an urban setting and serving alongside the dedicated members at First Church.
