Hand-in-Hand

Class Banner

Our class family, rooted in sharing and caring relationships, extends encouragement and love to each other. Composed of both married and singles, we range in age from the 40's to recently retired. The "Disciple" Bible study series by Dick and Julia Wilke provides the basis of our current Sunday School class lessons. The series includes home study of selected Bible passages, and our teacher, Cliff Bertholf, encourages class participation in the lesson. In addition, during the summer and occasionally throughout the year, the lesson changes to recent mission work teams, various religious topics, or current issues.

Regular class socials provide time for fun and fellowship. These include cook-outs, movies, our Christmas party, dinner out, or anything else the group enjoys.

Our class has a tradition of service and mission work, with many members participating in mission work teams from Bolivia to Alaska and many places in between. Several families have hosted foreign exchange students and several of our children have traveled abroad, primarily in exchange programs.

Our class assembles on Sunday at 9:30 for coffee and refreshments, followed by singing and announcements. The lesson begins at 9:50. We hope you'll come visit us!
